Second Hand Rose

Second Hand Rose supports the Mission of Turning Point through
revenue earned from community donations, while providing free
goods to survivors and affordable goods to the community in a clean,
safe and friendly environment.

The Store is open Monday - Saturday from
10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Tuesdays until
8 pm. The store takes all types of dona-
tions: clothing, furniture, kitchenware,
glassware, pictures or decorations, toys,
shoes, small appliances, even automobiles
(please call ahead when donating larger items).
Donation drop offs can be made Monday - Friday
from 10:00 am - 5 pm and Saturdays from
10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Sandy or Lisa at: (586) 468-3083 ext. 303.

Turning Point clients are given Second Hand Rose gift certificates. Proceeds from
any items sold to the public are used to support Turning Point!

"We schedule furniture pick-ups for Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and are generally booked 2 weeks in advance. Please consider calling approximately 2 weeks prior to the date you need the pick-up," said store manager, Charlene Krolczyk. "We are always in need of gently used beds and mattress sets and try to provide every woman and child leaving shelter with a comfortable place to sleep. Please call me at 586-468-3083 ext.300 to schedule a furniture pick-up, inquire of volunteer opportunities, or with any store/donation questions you may have."

All donations are tax deductible in accordance with the law and IRS regulations.
